There are a few questions that need to be answered in order to help you:
How old is she?
What is her prior work experience?
Is she kept in stall, pasture, in/out for how many hours a day?
What kind of stall flooring is used?
What type of work and how many hours a day/week?
Previous injuries? Diet/over weight/under weight?
Breed? Also, is she shod on all 4's and if so what type of shoe?
All of these need to be answered in order to assist you for treatment (tx)
